We as the IT Operations team are all about providing the tools and services for our colleagues and global stakeholders to do their best work together. Our contribution to Native Instruments’ ever evolving IT infrastructure landscape empowers our colleagues to improve and expand our portfolio of products and services for musicians, music producers and DJ’s around the globe. 

 

What You'll Do

  • Work with a team of experienced Systems Engineers and IT Supporters on continuously improving our worldwide infrastructure and service landscape.
  • Responsible for the roadmap and maintenance of our device management tools for macOS, Windows and mobile platforms.
  • Ensure a mature patch management process for macOS and Windows endpoints.
  • Level up our IT support capabilities by driving automation and user empowerment. 
  • Implement zero touch deployment workflows for our macOS, Windows and mobile endpoints.
  • Ensure that our colleagues can work in a flexible and secure environment on their company - owned devices.
  • Learn from other experienced engineers, share your own knowledge and work in an environment which supports individual growth

 

What You'll Need

  • Significant experience in managing Apple devices at scale, using mobile device management tools such as Jamf Pro or Filewave.
  • The ability to independently create scripts for macOS and Windows.
  • A strong passion for scripting, automation and self-service, to build a seamless user-centric experience.
  • Some knowledge of Windows device management topologies such as Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
  • You are transparent about outages, errors and mistakes and see them as a way to learn and improve.
  • Strong organizational skills to stay on top of changing requirements and processes.
  • Fluency in English - in written as well as in verbal communication
