In managing large device deployments, where do you think AI could save you the most time or reduce errors? (For instance, automated troubleshooting, predicting device failures, smarter scheduling of updates, etc.) Can you envision an “ideal” AI assistant during a big device rollout or when running year-end device collection?

I usually find AI most useful in writing scripts that are reasonably simple as AI loves to get lost in the weeds and use outdated, deprecated, or flat-out incorrect resource information. AI can be helpful in resource gathering and information filtering, again assuming it's not using outdated, deprecated, or flat-out incorrect information for its responses.
