BigSur OSX file is getting reduced to 27.5MB - Downloading from Self Service

Hi,

I was trying to upgrade my iMac to BigSur OS. When I try to download the BigSur OSX App file from Self Service, The size of the file is getting reduced to 27.5MB. Whereas the actual size of the OSX File is around 12.26GB.

With the same 27.5MB File, I upgraded my machine to BigSur OS without any error and it is working fine.

Anyone tried upgrading their iMac through Self Service and experienced the similar behaviour?

(Devices are managed through JAMF)

    That just sounds like you get a downloader that then get's the rest of the installer. Is what you see in Self Service coming via Apple School Manager or is it something you packaged?
