+2I have an ipad in DEP and have assigned a profile, owner, device name and group as per the attached image. But the ipad will not show up under Devices. Normally, that's all I would have to do, wait a few minutes and hte devices show up in the other tab. This is our first attempt at enrolling ipads under Jamf before they bought out Zuludesk which we were using previously. I'm wondering if some kind of process has now changed?
It may seem like an obvious question, but since you didn't mention it specifically, can I assume that you have prepared the device via automated enrollment (either via Configurator 2 or by completing setup assistant on the device itself)?
+2actually I had prepared it earlier through configurator 2 and it didn't work. But then I reset all the settings on the ipad and ran it through Configurator again and this time it worked. Thanks for your reply!
