Autodesk Revit & Inventor Mac Alternatives?

Does anyone use alternatives to Autodesk Revit & Inventor that run well on mac?

For Revit alternatives we have found : ArchiCAD
and for Inventor : Autodesk Fusion 360

Does anyone use these products or use any others that might be worth investigating?
It would be really nice to have the whole College using the Mac OS if we can find some good alternatives.

    We have found this service : http://www.cadonthecloud.com/ that can run Revit, Inventor or any windows app in a web browser. Worth checking out.
