Back in our 'forum?' discussion nearly two months ago, I mentioned that a site called serverfault was coming. It is here -- http://serverfault.com -- and is a great place to ask and answer sysadmin/IT questions, and have the best answers (and questions) rise to the top. You don't even have to sign up to use it, it is useful already and I believe it will become even more useful.
I think it does address many of the same things that a forum would, although it is not specific to Casper.
