Anyone built a plain 10.7.5 NetBoot image and if so how big is it? Referring to a very plain image, OS install, fully patched, did not remove any applications, added Casper Imaging. When I built it the NetBoot.dmg file is 16.55GB. My previous 10.7.3 NetBoot.dmg file was 6.5GB. I can't for the life of me figure out where 10GB came from...

Did you check for a sleep image before creating the NBI? Check /private/var/vm/ for any sleepimage files or swap files. Those could add up to 10gb really fast.
