Didn't have this problem until upgrading to Casper 8.6. I have created a 10.7.4 image with wireless preferred network and keychain items baked into it. I can restore the image using Casper Imaging just fine outside of a Configuration. However when I add the image to a configuration in Casper Admin the wireless is not retained. The preferred network is still listed, but the keychain item appears to have disappeared.

+1+5Are you using Composer to capture the OS Image? If so try unchecking the box for "Remove Kerberos Certificates". That should allow you to retain at least the WiFi entry. I'm not sure about other Keychain items however. I've never tried to retain anything else.
