Here's the KBase article to go along with it: http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1755

It'd be really nice if this fixed the "Mavericks randomly logs me out" issue, which is apparently a graphics card/Adobe/Spaces compatibility issue. It doesn't explicitly say so, but a girl can dream.

Safari 7.0.5 seems to have fixed a few of our http/https redirect issues, as well as single sign on for our Oracle applications. w00t!

The AppStore download seems to be broken or maybe it's just me.

I'm unable to download it from the AppStore as well. I've tried several computers with no luck. Thanks for posting the download link.

@krimkus @jhbush1973

Me either. Tried about 10 times on a 10.9.4 and 10.6.8 machine. Got between .5gb and 5gb before it failed. Hopefully they get it fixed tomorrow.

Deleting /Applications/Install OS X Mavericks.app and re-downloading seems to bring down 10.9.3 still. :(

The MAS is now distributing the full 10.9.4 Mavericks installer.

<plist version="1.0">

    <key>ProductName</key>
    <string>Mac OS X</string>
    <key>ProductUserVisibleVersion</key>
    <string>10.9.4</string>
    <key>ProductVersion</key>
    <string>**10.9.4**</string>
</dict>

Anybody else still having issues downloading the installer? I still get an error during the download process.

I just downloaded and created a new InstaDMG w/o issues.

@johnnasset I used AutoDMG and didn't run into any problems. https://github.com/MagerValp/AutoDMG/releases.

I haven't tested with Casper NetInstall Creator 4 yet. https://jamfnation.jamfsoftware.com/viewProduct.html?id=13&view=info

@donmontalvo

CNIC seems to be working great with 10.9.4 so far. It shuts down much faster after imaging then 10.9.3 did.

Can this update be applied if a computer is on 10.9 to 10.9.2 and not on 10.9.3 yet? Will I need to first update the computers to 10.9.3?

Hi @jpilege, welcome to JAMF Nation:

Interesting, usually Apple releases two updaters.

A Delta which requires the last version (10.9.3 in this case), note the size of the download:

OS X Mavericks 10.9.4 Update
http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1754

And the Combo, which can update from 10.9 and up, notice it's a considerably larger download:

OS X Mavericks 10.9.4 Update (Combo)
http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1755

Both show 10.9 as the requirement. Guessing the Delta should show 10.9.3 as the requirement.
