Added iPad to DEP it won't download configuration

Hi,

I had a spare iPad given to me so I decided to add it to DEP via Apple Configurator 2. It showed up in Apple Business Manager fine under Apple Configurator. I moved it to the JAMF MDM. It shows up in JAMF.

When I try to enrol it, I see the attached.

What have I missed? I followed this article

I tested an iPad I had enrolled before and that was fine.
