Adding third party apps to allowed apps

If I'm understanding what you're after, you'd like the ability to add third party applications to the whitelisted applications in a configuration profile, correct? If so, we currently have a Feature Request for this functionality under review.

Please feel free to vote the Feature Request up and leave a comment, if you wish.

If I've misunderstood your post, I apologize; if that is the case, could you please go into a little more detail as to what it is you're trying to accomplish?
