Hey guys,
Im getting ready to update and image my school laptops. im having issues getting the adobe creative cloud packager to download/create my photoshop packages when i add the 19.1.5 update and the camera raw updates i get a "invalid download file" error that i cant seem to correct.

Anyone else run into this?

Regards,

Does Creative Cloud packager perform the same under a different user ID? I feel at one point I had some odd download/update issues that only occurred under one ID but worked fine on others

Solution 1: Rename the OOBE folder

Close the Creative Cloud Packager, and follow the below steps:

Navigate to the Adobe folder.

Mac OS: Macintosh HD/Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe

Rename the OOBE folder.

Launch the Creative Cloud Packager.
