Adobe CS6 Serial wont save after capturing .pkd or .dmg using composer (Self Service installs keep asking for serial)

Dear JSS Guru's,

I am currently having an issue after capturing Adobe CS6 individual application snapshots the serial isn't captured along with the install data, Was was working previously and now no good. There is no error logs i can find in my knowledge to find the root cause.

I use system admin (root) account for all composer chores. is there something I'm doing wrong while installing or is this a common problem?

In CS5.5 you *could* capture the serialization data using Composer, although it was not considered best practice and was definitely not supported by Adobe. Adobe has specifically gone on record saying that their software will not be able to be captured with Composer or other packaging software besides AAMEE CS6+. Adobe Creative Cloud has a new, but very similar, tool available to create a deployment package..

All sorted thanks for the help. I just used adobes deployment app which did the job fine. I had no idea there was a separate process for adobe products. Learning as i go...
