Hello, this is a known common issue, my current company have massive Mac Power Users that are using Adobe Creative Cloud 2020, whenever they connected to GlobalProtect VPN version 5.1.3 they will lose their Adobe shortcut keys, is there a workaround at the moment? besides renaming or backing up their Adobe preferences, and they needing to force quit Adobe program within activity monitor, as of right now we are still testing newer version of GlobalProtect for Big Sur, haven't roll out yet.

+3Hello, for my understanding GP VPN 5.2.4 might did the trick, we are still testing at the moment, and our Engineering Team setup upload a script on Self Service, I can't share that, sorry.
+3Basically there is a GP 5.2.4 hotfix, also GP 5.1.4 does work supporting BigSur that already been tested!
