I've had a request today to set a restriction on student iPads where teachers could delete apps but student's would not be able to. Looking through the options in profiles I'm not seeing a way to do this. Has anyone else done this?

+4+6It would depend on how your environment is set up.
The way we do this is by scoping to AD groups and have a config profile specifically for students that disable this. If you don't have AD groups set up, then you could probably get fancy with Smart Groups and scope them out that way.
