We've previously distributed app using static groups in the scope, instead of assigning the device directly in the app. This has stopped working. In the command list of the device we get "Pending - Application is not available to install". This used to work for all apps, now it doesn't work for any. Any ideas?

+11Are you saying that scoping an app to a static group doesn't work, but scoping the same devices individually does?
The command status "Pending - Application is not available to install" means that there isn't a license for the app assigned to the device. I'd consider it much more likely that the issue is with one of the pieces involved in assigning licenses, and not the scoping itself.
