App store deployment of app asking for authorization

Deploying an app through the app store to 200 machines running OS 10.11 - most of the deployments are silent, but on a small percentage of the machines, if a user with standard prvilidges is logged in at the time of deployment they get a message asking for admin authentication as in the image below. How do I prevent the user getting that message, as they don't have the admin password ?

Choose to run the profile after logout or in the middle of the night.

that wouldn't work. when deploying app sore apps your options are only install automatically or self service

@gnsadmin You might have a restriction in place that is restricting App Store installs to Administrators only.

Remove that & try again.
