Hi All

I have an app which is pushed out to our iOS devices via self service.

This is an in house app, the apps provisioning profile expired and the app is in a broken state.

We were able to push a new version with a new bundle ID and provisioning profile to it.

The original app will not remove from the devices. It will remove itself from self service, but once its installed it won't remove.

Anybody have any ideas or solutions.

All other apps and webclips remove themselves correctly.

@simon.brooke You mentioned a new bundle ID. You'll need an App configured with the old bundle ID (managed) scoped to all, then when you unscope it should uninstall everything..

Hi,

The app is still part of the mobile device apps catalogue. As a test, i added a single device into the exclusions of the app. The app stays on the device, but removes it from Self Service.
