Anything similar for Edu? Would like to get some sort of easy repairs process for iPads here.

We're provided an excellent AppleCare + plan for our devices but it's a pain in the rear sometimes to initiate repairs or even get damaged devices repaired or replaced. We're not a large district by any means but we're big enough that I'd rather spend my time on other things.  Clicking on a button for repair or filling out a form and having someone come to me is better than boxing up dozens of devices and driving 30-40 minutes to the nearest Fedex ship center or worse driving down to Columbus to bring those dozens of devices into a mall.
