We've been using Apple Configurator 2 (AC2) to enroll our iPhones in Casper, but we've run into a problem when the iPhone is upgraded. For most of the phones we used AC2 to upgrade the phones to the latest iOS before preparing and enrolling them. But some of the phones we left at 9.3.4 and then prepared and enrolled them. We've found that when the end-user upgrades the phone to 10.2 this occurs:

Phone displays: "Update completed. Your iPhone was updated successfully. There are just a few more steps to follow, and then you're done. Click Continue".
End user selects "Continue" and then selects a WiFi network. User selects "Next".
Phone hangs at "Installing configuration from School of Veterinary Medicine".

Apple Configurator shows:
CA Certificate ....5E2 (this cert is installed by the "Prepare VMTH iPHones - allow Setup" blueprint)
CA Certificate ....20B5 (this cert is installed by the "Enroll with iPhones 2016" blueprint)
MDM Profile com.jamfsoftware.ncrypted-profile-service.

So far, the only way we've found to get around this problem is to completely erase the phone.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Thanks.
