No, however if the computer is logged into iTunes w the account they used for VPP, and their computer is assigned to their user account in The JSS, that will show when you look at their user information under VPP.

With the new VPP, you don't need to care what Apple ID they use. You can hand out and take back licenses without knowing it.

Also, the user can go to appleid.apple.com, and change their Apple ID, and the content will still be assigned to them. That's because the link exists between VPP and that user's Apple ID UDID and not the Apple ID e-mail address as such.
