Apple M1 PR0 showing up as x86_64

Having a weird issue with a M1 PRO.

Its showing up in jamf hardware as

Apple Silicon YES

Architecture type x86_64

Any one else seen this?

I have a smart group for some config profiles based on Architecture type and they wont deploy to this system because of this
