I had a little Marie Curie moment here :-)
I pushed by mistake an Apple TV 4rd generation restrictions profile to a Apple TV 3rd Generation and noticed that the option
Require passcode on first AirPlay pairing
is suddenly enforced. I had no idea that Apple TV 3rd Generation react also to restriction settings but it's kind of cool.
