Using a home-screen configuration profile, I have multiple apps foldered in different categories. For some reason, two apps will not fall into the correct folders even though they are scoped in the correct groups. Any thoughts on how to force the apps into specified folders?
The highlighted apps are the ones in question.
I could be wrong but if I had to guess the registered trademark symbol (®) in the names is causing a problem.
It is not uncommon for odd symbols or characters to cause unexpected issues like that.
