AirWatch has a robust automated compliance monitoring feature that notifies users when their device is out of compliance and gives a deadline for bringing the device back into compliance. Does anything in the Casper Suite provide this type of functionality.

+15Casper is a management tool that allows you to build whatever you want. It does not do many things (like compliance monitoring) out of the box. Once you have Casper, you get a Mac engineer to build whatever functionality you'd like.
Something like what you reference would be built with Extension Attributes and Smart Groups.
