We are wondering if there is a setting for something to the tone of 'Default Prestage Enrollment'. We were hoping to automatically assign users to our single Prestage Enrollment as soon as the device is added to our DEP; the device appears but we have to manually check the box. Our current workflow is to go to Prestage Enrollments, click the particular prestage enrollment, scope, edit, then check the box at the top that indicates all devices. Then save.



Is there a better workflow that utilizes a smartgroup or something of that nature?

There's a smart group criteria option once the device is in the JSS but I don't think there is any other GUI way to get the devices in there in the first place, which should probably be a feature.



I can't see anything in the APIs either. Perhaps fire the question over to JAMF support to see if they know any other way?
