I am looking to see if anyone has deployed Connected Backup to your environment and how did you retained the end user account info or configuration. I am testing the latest version and the install went fine but the account is not longer active after updating it to the latest version 8.8.5.

+36Old post, but...make sure the script you use to run the installer uses REINSTALL=ALL to prevent overwriting settings, user, etc.
