I was wondering if anyone else was having an issue with their iPad battery levels not automatically updating during an inventory update? We have to do remote restart of the device to have it register it's actual battery level.
Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.

@rjones

This is a known issue for iOS 11 devices.

We have it filed under PI-004829.

The workaround is what you're already doing.

If you haven't already, please contact Support to have a case made or, if you already have a case open, to have it attached to PI-004829.
If this is happening on iOS 9 or iOS 10 devices, please contact Support, as PI-004829 is only for iOS 11 devices and iOS 9 or 10 should be reporting correctly.

Thanks!

Great. Thank you for the response. I'll put in a ticket and have it attached to the case mentioned.

@strumpfm

When a Product Issue has been addressed, it is generally mentioned in the Release Notes.

If you do not see PI-004829 in the release notes and are still seeing the behavior, then it has not been addressed and there is no update to the issue yet.

Thanks!
