Big Sur - Battery pane unlocked permanently

Just wondered if anyone has come across this issue since upgrading to Big Sur 11.0.1?

The padlock is permanently unlocked and cannot be locked.

      @Cayde-6 I haven't, mainly because we don't have any Apple related support contracts in place.
