Our machines get the popup you shared and one regarding ControlStrip.
+5The issue for us was that we had a configuration profile set to restrict users from opening the App Store.
Restrictions > Applications > Restrict which apps are allowed to launch
We've removed this from the profile and are now blocking the App Store via the "Restricted Software" feature in the main menu under Computers. No more popups.
