Bluetooth Scanner Not Working on Enrolled Devices

We use our enrolled iOS devices for checking inventory and placing orders in the field. Our reps sometimes use a Bluetooth Barcode Scanner (Socket Mobile) to set up their orders, and prior to getting all the iPads enrolled into MDM through Jamf, the scanners were easy to set up and easy to use. Now that all the devices are managed, for some reason the scanners stopped working and can no longer be set up. No driver or app is required for use.

Any ideas on why this might be happening? Am I inadvertently missing a setting (Bluetooth, maybe?) in a configuration profile somewhere that is interrupting the functionality of the scanner?

Much appreciation for any insight or ideas anyone might have.

Thanks!

Can you verify that you haven't accidentally created a restriction profile limiting access to bluetooth

I have no restrictions on Bluetooth, to my knowledge. The devices use Bluetooth keyboard, that work fine.

We just tested the scanner on a device that was never enrolled in MDM, and it works fine.

So bizarre!

Any reason you don't use the built in camera on the iPad (or iPhone)?
