Edit: Ah, phooey! I just realized I may be away that week so I probably won't be able to attend after all. is the date set in stone? Any chance it can move to the following week? Only if its not too much trouble of course.

+24Oh man, @mrice I'm sorry, I feel partly responsible for the date change, since I asked for it. I wish there was one date that worked for everyone, but that might be impossible to achieve. I'm sorry you can't make it now. :(
