I just took a peek in my OD server for you, the plist file is this:

com.apple.Applications.new

Inside that plist you will have two settings under the "ALWAYS" section. This is where you set the full paths

pathWhiteList-Raw

Then add strings of the full paths

pathBlacklist-Raw

Then add strings of the full paths

That should do it.
