I want to deploy some web clips to library resources in a folder on users' iPads. I don't want to dictate the arrangement of the entire home screen or dock.

Can I create a folder in iOS without locking down the entire home page?

+14Same issue here. Using Cisco Meraki and I currently cannot figure out how to do this. I also do not want to dictate home screen layout.
+35@csm0004 & @JaredFlitt, AFAIK this is not something that can be done via an MDM currently.
As such, I'd be requesting Apple to add this functionality.
