Recently, and I'm not sure what has changed, I am unable to deploy CS6 Master Collection, which I packaged in AAMEE, via Casper Remote. I am able to successfully deploy CS6 Design and Web Premium. I downloaded a new .dmg of Master Collection from Adobe and re-packaged it in AAMEE. Issue persists.



I will share a screen shot of the end of the very long log file I get in JSS as well as two log files that I sent to an Adobe rep. Maybe this community has some insight on what may be going on.



It was working about 3 months ago when I installed it on about 15 lab computers, however, it hasn't worked on the last two computers I've tried. Additionally, I copied the package to the computers and the installer still failed (I understand that this means its likely not an issue with Casper Remote).

Check the permissions on the pkg.



I've had AMMEE pkgs fail when their permissions have been changed.

Could you say more about what the permissions should be? I've created a brand new package through AAMEE so the permissions have not been adjusted.

I'm actually not to sure. :(



Just the pkg's failed until they were re-uploaded.



What happens if you download the pkg & install manually? Does it install?

I use SMB. My installation of CS6 Design and Web Premium that I packaged in AAMEE works fine. For some reason Master Collection just stopped working. Very frustrating. Any thoughts?

Nice, I just saw the article on wrapping in DMG so I'll try that. I haven't done it before and haven't had a problem, but now seems like a good time to try it :)

Not sure if this applied to you, but we had issues installing CS6 and i narrowed it down to Casper Imaging,



Works fine using Casper Imaging 8.43 and 8.6 but fails with 8.63 and 8.64



I create a PKG using Adobe's tools and it works fine as a post image "this package must be installed to the boot volume.....", install using Casper

I am having this exact same problem, but its not consistent. I have 5 iMacs with identical hardware that *should* have identical software configs. I cached the CS6 Master Collection installer, then ran it again to install all cached packages. 1 of the 5 reported success. 4 of 5 failed during 97% (at various points, at least one was the identical spot as OP above, 97.75%)

Lately been having more problems with the CS6 Design Standard package than the Master Collection package.
On failed machines I can't even locate a log file for Adobe, which I was able to with Master Collection.
