Can the API query all machines able to be added to a prestage?

When a computer is added via Apple School Manager a kind of quasi record seems to appear. You cannot find it in a regular search of computers or mobile devices unless it has previously been in Jamf.

Is there a way to query all of the devices and computers that are in this state via the API?

    Look at the device-enrollments-devices endpoint in the Jamf Pro API. You'll need the id of your device enrollment instance which you can get from the device-enrollments endpoint.
