When attempting to create a quickadd package using Recon I get the following error.

Couldn't create quick add package
Couldn't create quick add package: pax: pax: Ustar header field is too small for uid 1604993965, using nobody
pax: Ustar header field is too small for .
pax: Ustar header field is too small for ./usr
pax: Ustar header field is too small for ./usr/sbin
pax: Ustar header field is too small for ./usr/sbin/jamf

Any ideas on how to resolve this? A QuickAdd.pkg does get created.. am I safe to use that?

DOH! I was completely ignoring the message after the failure notice. Apparently it will not work when logged in as a network user. I will login as a local user and try again.

Thank you for posting this! I had the same issue. Local account and sure enough it worked.
