I've copied a .dmg file into the Casper Admin tool. It shows up in red font while everything else is black font. Why? Also, it is the one and only .dmg file we can't pull down via Netboot too. So I don't think its installed right. It was indexed so that worked but I don't know why it shows up in red font.

The dmg didn't make it onto your file share. The red font means the file is missing. Just delete it from Casper admin and upload it again.

Ok and this is just a copy into the Casper Admin GUI correct? or do I need to do something different?

Yep, you should be able to just drag it into the list.

I did that and now it shows up in black font. We will try this out but how does that happen? Thank you.
