Hey Guys,

Since I upgraded my Casper environment to 9.65 I see problems when pushing packages with Casper Remote to Virtual Machines (VMWare Fusion).
Logs are telling this:

Sending Wake On LAN command...
Opening SSH Connection to 10.127.99.100...
Authenticating...
Authenticating...
Authenticating...

The hardware machines are working fine. Network settings for the VMs are 'Bridged Network, Ethernet'
Executing Casper triggers from the VMs is working fine.
SSH connection from the Casper Remote computer to target VM using Terminal.app also works fine (with the management account).

Does anybody see the same problem? Do you have any suggestions?

Thanks!

have you checked if there's a variance between the password for the management account on the system in question and what's recorded in the JSS?

Hi Harry,
thanks, that's a good one! We actually have a security policy in place to regularly change the management account password.
During our research it also came up that a VMWare update (v7.1.1) could resolve the issue.
Once I have the correct answer I'll post it here

Thanks!
