Casper Remote hanging up on Recon

I'm running Recon on a few of my Mac Pros that still run OS X 10.4 and
Casper Remote just hangs on Locating Receipts. Has anyone else
experienced this or have any ideas on what could be the issue.

    have you tried to ssh to the box and run recon in verbose mode?
