Catalina Requires Admin Rights For App Store App Installs/Updates

+2It looks like Apple is addressing this in the 10.15.2 patch. In the beta notes, it mentions "Allows standard (non-admin) users to install apps from the App Store." I know its a pain right now, but it will be fixed soon enough.
