CCE Amsterdam - where to stay?

Hi

This question is a little bit off topic but it is actually the best place to ask. I will take part in the CCE training in March. Some of you have taken course in Amsterdam. Can you recommend nearby accommodation? Prices in Amsterdam are ... well it's not the cheapest city in the world, so I will be grateful for any reasonable suggestions. And really sorry for being a little bit off topic.

    Hi Adrian,

    we attended CJA and CCA there. We stayed at Novotel, really nearby and good place to stay. The beds are a bit hard and the bathrooms are old. If that's not a problem, just stay there - breakfast is really good though.
