The current location of the JSS_SCCM_proxy.log is in the installation root folder "JSS SCCM Proxy Service" (using defaults). It would be nice if the log file was stored in a Logs folder. I looked in the following registry key: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREWow6432NodeJAMF SoftwareJSS SCCM Proxy Service" and settings.xml on the Proxy server which gave no indication of having the ability to change the location of the log.
