I have a Chrome package with version 6x.xxx and that policy is applied to a certain number of MAC devices. The issue I am having is that the policy will cause the version to go back to 6x.xxx after a restart even if Chrome updates itself to 7x.xxx. Is there some way to tell the policy that if the version installed is 6x.xxx or higher to not install.
+10is the policy on going or set to once per computer? if it is set to ongoing, it will keep deploying it.
is there a specific reason you're deploying an old chrome version? you can make a smart group using regex to determine if the Chrome version is newer and then put it as an exclusion to your policy.
