Has anyone come across this?

I am trying to add our JSS MDM server to our Cisco ISE but keep getting a connection failed MDM server API error.

Can you try port 443 instead of 8443?

Your username should be exactly what you login to the Jamf Pro Server with, can you remove the @bathspa... portion and try again?

Thanks, it was port 443. Although I am now getting an error with the certificate trust store because we are using a self signed cert on our ISE so need to update that.
