Newbie alert.
I’m building a new configuration profile to deploy Crowdstrike on Big Sur.
I’ve downloaded the profile provided by Crowdstrike as this is my first big change since taking over Jamf responsibilities. (Yes, I’m taking the courses)
The one thing that I have not been clear on is exactly what a preference domain is.
Crowdstrike uses com.Crowdstrike.falcon.app and com.Crowdstrike.falcon.agent
My assumption is the domain would be com.Crowdstrike.falcon ?
Is the preference domain simply the parent of these?
I’ve been trying to gain clarity on this through reading and example, but have just not found enough to give me a reasonable answer- so I’m coming to you now to hopefully clarify this for me.
