“ClearPasscode” is not a valid request type.

I am trying to update the iOS on several iPads using Jamf Pro version 10.38.1-t1652212473

When I go to clear passcodes I get the message “ClearPasscode” is not a valid request type on the device management tab under the failed commands. 

I can successfully restart all the machines and logout users on the management tab.

I have looked through this forum but cannot find anything related that is not over 5 years old.
