Hi there,

with jamfPro 10.2.0 we finally have the nice possibility to use External Patch Sources to host definitions for nearly all available software titles in the world. But isn't it the right way to contribute as community to a public server to 'reunite our forces' instead of maintaining a server in every environment separately and doing the same work thousand-times?

I am curious about your opinions :)

Does anyone have any updates on this? Is there a community server that exists today we could pull this information from? As another note, we are a Jamf Cloud customer so hosting a patch server internally and having to open firewall rules and point the Cloud instance to somewhere locally doesn't seem like it makes sense.
