Copy Jamf Share from Mac to Windows

We currently have the Jamf share running on a physical Mac. I would like to change the Mac to a Windows virtual machine - the Mac is older and has problems here and there.
Can I simply copy the Jamf share to the Windows machine and then adjust the distribution point in the JAMF?
Or is there anything to consider here?

    Setup the Windows DP as a secondary DP in JSS. You can then either copy over all the data via JSS Admin or SMB file copy. Once that is done scope a few test packages to use that DP only to ensure there are no problems. Once that is working 100% set that DP in JSS as the master
