Create Policy banner in mavericks

Hi... we had policy banner with old mac os version 10.7 and 10.8... now im trying to do the same thing with mavericks... tried different things seems to be different....

first of all... the policy banner appears regularly at specific time delay.... even if im staying at the login window without touching anything...

The banner does not appears when im trying to login.... but appears at logout...

any ideas !

well actually sort of...

the problem is... we want the policy to show up only when user logs in... now it shows up before the user puts in the login information... and the other big problem... is that the policy appears also at logout...

Yeah, that's policy banner doing what it's supposed to (displays when a user is not logged in). Sounds like you could cook up what you want with a LaunchAgent plus CocoaDialog or jamfHelper.
